    These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all contracts, deliveries, and services provided by lecanapé ("we", "us", "our") via our online store (https://lecanape.shop/) to consumers and entrepreneurs residing in Germany. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms.
  2.  Contract Conclusion
    The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a binding offer. By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the products. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order. The contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation by email or dispatch the goods.
  3.  Prices and Payment
    All prices are in Euro (EUR) and include the applicable statutory VAT. Shipping costs, if any, will be indicated separately during checkout.
    We accept the payment methods listed on our website, including PayPal. Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

  4.  Delivery and Shipping
    Delivery is only possible within Germany, unless otherwise stated.
