Shipping Costs
All orders shipped within Germany qualify for free standard shipping. No additional delivery fees will be charged.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Delivery Time after Dispatch: 4–7 business days
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: Typically 5–9 business days from order confirmation to delivery


Order Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 17:00 CET on business days are usually processed the same day.
Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a tracking link. You can check your shipment status online at any time — from our warehouse to your doorstep.
